TXIRENE MENU
Iberian ham with tomato tartar and toasted bread.
Txangurro au gratin. Our most famous pintxo.
Octopus au gratin with paprika de la Vera.

Red tuna, shallots, seaweed mayonnaise and homemade teriyaki sauce.
Boneless, stone-grilled and sliced T-bone steak with roasted red peppers and potatoes.
