Baby squid au gratin on crayfish
Boneless, stone-grilled and sliced T-bone steak with roasted piquillo peppers and rustic potatoes
Idiazabal cheesecake on quince coulis
Wines to choose: Viña Pomal Crianza D.O.Ca Rioja red wine, Viña Pomal White wine fermented in cask D.O.Ca Rioja or Viña Pomal Rosé wine D.O.Ca Rioja (1/2 bottle per person).
